Information and status
Operational statuses and estimated times are published from confirmed events. Predictions are identified as estimates and may change as the shipment progresses.
Charges
A charge becomes visible when an authorised operator issues it. The amount, currency, due date and triggering reference are shown in KURS CONTROL.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for accurate cargo, routing, contact and documentation information required to plan and execute the shipment.
